WiQuestion about heating hair appliances?

If I use heated curling tongs or hair straighteners 2 or 3 times a week will it cause harm to my hair in the long run?

WiQuestion about heating hair appliances?

as long as u do conditioning treatements to help repair the damage, use a leave in conditioner after shampooing and conditioning hair (this helps detangle and add moisture) and keep using a thermal protection spray ur hair will b fine.

also getting regular hair trims to get rid the split ends will help. 4-6 week ideally.

i have bleached hightlighted hair, ive straightened my hair since i was 15 and i'm 21 this yr, and my hairs in good condition.

WiQuestion about heating hair appliances?

yes it can do depending on how high the heat is, use heat protection sprau or cream and get your hair trimmed regularly this will keep it in good condition

WiQuestion about heating hair appliances?

i straighten my hair every day

but my flat iorn has cremetic plates

and i use the heat protecting serem to freely

so use protecting serem and youl be fine

WiQuestion about heating hair appliances?

if you use no heat defence yes!

i straighten my hair every other day and its still in very good condition just make sure its not too high heat if your hairs thick then thats alrite if its thin put it on a lower setting. u may get split ends if you use them on the ends of your hair too much, i have a really good product from mark hill they are red tablets and after u have ur hair cut u break them and they have a liquid inside and they repair your ends since then i have literally no split ends and i havent had my hair cut in 4 months.
