How much was ur straightener? just wondering cause mine works really good, my mom just bought it for me and I love it, it was $170 but worth it cause I love it! How much were all urs and how does it work?

my straitner was only 75 dollars and it works really good but it is only ceramic plated... if u want ur hair to look its best and get the least damaged u should get a pure ceramic one

wow. that's a lot for a straighter. my mom got my older sister a cheap one at CVS (it was like $20 or $30). it works real well, the only bad thing is, is that by evening time it's worn off.

I have two. My first one is by Conair and I bought it at the drugstore like 5 years ago.

It has a white plaque, but its not ceramic.

It works fine as long as I use a lot of product on my hair...meaning serums, mousse...etc.

I bought a gold plated one online (forgot the brand's name) and it's really wide. This seems to work better for my hair since I have really long hair (waist lenght) and it cuts down the time to straighten it in half.

I paid $70 for it but I don't need to use as much product. Usually just some serum and that's about it!

What's the name of yours? I want to get one for my best friend for christmas, she has really long, tight curly hair.

My mom got me one from Sears for about $40. It's a Vidal Sassoon and for the price, it worked well (it broke a few weeks ago). I think that it's worth it to buy a more expensive one, but I wouldn't spend over $140.

mine was about 160. its a chi. it works very well. my hair used to fry and frizz, but with this one, its perfectly straight. i got it at ulta, beauty store.
