How can I get straighter hair?

Is there a somewhat inexpensive way I can get my hair smoother, shinier and straighter with products I can buy @ a drug store or something? I have a straightener but my hair will start to flip in after a few hours. What can I uses to make it stay straight for longer?

if you lightly spray the ends with some medium hold hairspray and then comb it gently thrrough, it should help a lot. i do this with my hair and it usually stays that way ALL day. also, Bedhead hair products work extremely well. and try using a really strong conditioner... tresseme and garnier fructis conditioners do the job.

if you REALLY want it straight... then get a japanese hair straightening treatment. it costs up to 300 dollars and lasts for 3 month or more i think, which is no more than you would pay to go to a salon to get highlights or coloring done once a month.

Go to a hair salon that sells redken products , and ask for that .. i swear i have extremley curly %26amp; fluffy hair . And it works like a coating for my hair .. it stays straight for up to a week!

you put it in your damp hair , blow dry straight then do a run over with a flat iron . You can put a dab of it in after your done too..

Maybe you should get it chemically straightened. It's a little expensive (around 100 bucks) but it is totally worth it. You don't have to use any products or even a straightner! It's pretty sweet(x

How can I get straighter hair?

First, after you take a shower you let your hair air dry for a couple of minutes, but not 2 long! then with assie hair insurance, the one that helps control friz, (at most drug stores) massage 2-3 pumps into hair. Then, blow dry hair. Next, seperate ur hair into sections to straighten ur hair. Your hair should be straight by now... if not you can also try using a friz-be-gone shampoo or conditioner. Hope it works!
