you can get a chemical put in it to keep it straightened semi-permenantly. I don't think it's very good for your hair though!
A good brand of straightners would be the best option to be honest.

honestly, i use this shampoo and conditioner from cost cutters. i have naturally wavy hair, and it dries pretty straight. it's not perfect, like it would be with a flat iron, but it's pretty good. no frizz, and MUCH straighter. I just let it air dry, and it looks fine all day.

try some good shampoos and conditioners, i use them aswell as straighteners to protect my hair because it's just about the only way my hair will stay straight :P, you could try chemical straightening, but as has been said i don't think it's that great for your hair.

whilst your hair is drying brush your hair slowly and gently untill dry i do sometimes and it makes my hair go quite straight but still with volume x
