When i curl my hair they never stay in!?

i have layers and hair passed my shoulders.

i use curling irons to curl my hair and it takes forever so when im done the side i curled first isnt really curly anymore! i spray use curl after ive done it but it never stays in. what can i do to keep them in all day?

also is there a faster way to curl your hair (without straighteners cos i cnt do it even tho i know how) ??

Btw i have naturally straight hair.

My hair is naturally straight and baby fine as well, it's really hard to keep curls in my hair the ONLY thing I've found is that I have to have a body perm, or regular perm, to keep a curl, the hair spray just makes my hair look greasy and sticky after a while, some of us are just unlucky to hair that is hard to keep curled..........good luck!!!

well i use a big fat curling iron and i put my hair in it and spray hairspray on it while the curling iron is in it..and i use the ice shine hairspray by pantene pro v and it work real well and they seem to stay in good for me like that..i hope this help any.

put a lot of hair spary on the curls i had the same problem

Try use some hairspray on damp hair then do you're curls. maybe it will work better.Good luck.
