don't straighten your hair while wet.. it damages it. put a good heat treatment on then dry it straighten then cool air dry it.

i wouldn't recommend it.

if you want to straighten your hair at all, do it dry, never wet. try to get a straightener with ceramic plates; they'll do the least amount of damage by sealing the hair cuticle while the plates go over the hair.
